I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. My parents were John and Mary Lowe, and I have 7 siblings. I went to Fairview High School, graduated in 1973. I then joined the US Army, where I served 20 years in various locations. I am married to Wanda L. Lowe, of 45 years, and we have 4 grown children. I love to write and read.
